Our goal is to produce superior risk-adjusted returns in all types of market environments by capitalising on mispriced and undervalued investment opportunities. We are extremely disciplined not to lower our investment criteria in times when new opportunities may be scarce.
Investment Philosophy
Ayaltis implements a fundamental top-down value identifying strategy paired with a stringent bottom-up approach to investing, where downside risk assessment is central to each investment decision. We target opportunities with asymmetric expected returns, where we believe the potential upside far outweighs the potential downside.

Our firm is managed and majority owned by the partners and the employees.
